Return Request Process:
1. Items must be returned within 45 days from the date of purchase.
2. The items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

What is the return process for worn, damaged, or removed product tags?
1. The product must be return in the original condition considering unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags.
2. The following products cannot be returned or exchanged who fall under these categories: Face+Body, lingerie, inspire, and accessories.
3. We cannot offer refunds on the products without original bills and in the case if the hygiene seal has been broken.
4. Products that are marked non-returnable and free gifts/discounts cannot be returned.
Note: Your request will be processed under 7-10 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your JORTOUR Wallet or the original payment mode.
